Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
None of us can state with any accuracy or certainty what price the bod can negotiate for our assets, or what they are now prepared to accept. I personally like to think that it's more than 42p per share which should at least see every single investor make a profit of some sort. I'd be super made up with that as im fairly new here and bought at a low price albeit its showing a loss at the moment, but 42p would be beyond my initial hopes when first invested.
Still have to say that Mooching's predicted £3.70 sounds ridiculously high though
I'd imagine Anna is a lot cheaper than Keith, but we still dont know if Keith has left the company or not. Keith is a geologist too, so we'd have no need for him if the company assets had been sold and we were moving into the H2 space would we?
H2 Transition Capital is pretty much an empty shell as per their last accounts so im not taking too much attention of that until we hear something concrete. Clearly Anna & Artem Anna know each other from Essar Capital but looking at her bio she's just an executive assistant with experience of event management and HR, not really a big hitter bringing a huge amount to the table. It could just be Artem looking after an ex-colleague who's found herself out of work if it never worked out at Essar Capital for her, alternatively there could be a lot more to her appointment. Would be good to get some form of clarification from our bod on the appointment either by way of RNS or update our website
There was thread over the weekend which appears to have been removed, any idea why? It didnt seem to be abusive when i looked at it although i guess it only takes one poster to have a thread taken down.
I've been thinking about Mooching's predicted £3.70 which i commented on as being ridiculously high but it did get me thinking what has been the highest prediction posted on here?
The lowest prediction will obviously be the company fails and there's been a few claiming under a penny which i disagree with, although i do think it will be closer to a penny than £3.70, ie less than £1.65 but still many multiples of todays price.
It's hard to have an opinion on her as no-one seems to know which Anna Price it is. Once it can be established then we can find out her previous experience and see how it ties in with EUA, hopefully her background is M&A.
If Keith is going, then the timing would give me some concerns as im sure he would want to be here for the sale after all the company has been through in his time as company secretary. I know there was some discussion following the last update where his name wasn't on the RNS with some postulating that he may have left or been pushed. I think the Company would have advised of Anna's new appointment and Keith's removal at the same time so with Companies House having only updated their site with Anna's addition I think Keith is still in place personally.
Just looked at the share price for the first time today, wow!! I'll settle down to read today's posts later this evening but im guessing the Gowling WUP has been resolved now and that issue has gone away?
dont listen to this idiot dimitryreacts, he's the biggest bull**** merchant around
Aren't you the one who tried to argue that the WUP wasnt related to EUA, and was actually for a company called eurasian mining instead. I remember reading your post and thinking how desperate it was when it was clear as day it was related us. The post stuck in my mind because it was a BFD arguing with BFL over the point and it amused me that your monikers were so similarly named
It was me he green binned Bill, im somewhat surprised to see that 6 other posters liked his post announcing he binned me though. Multiple monikers maybe, makes no difference in the grand scheme of things and wont spoil my day that's for sure
I've been here since early August and would say its probably 60/40 in favour of rampers since i've been here which isn't too surprising as shareholders tend to be overly positive in their posting, and some will refuse to acknowledge any negatives at all which may cause them to question their decisions. There's definitely some derampers though, no question of it although i do think some who are labelled as such are genuine shareholders who are either just fed up and sat on big losses.
I've only filtered one poster so far, but came close to several others on each side of the proverbial fence also getting filtered. I cant be doing with the childish name calling from certain posters, its incredible to think grown adults write some of the stuff thats been posted here
