Just possible it may have been a sell.The ask and bid prices show in reverse,and the prices prior to close were 23.5/23.75p. Likewise the other after close trades are shown as buys when they are also sells

Our postings crossed last evening.I note your most recent and take your views on board.I do feel now having read your comments that if Linktone do not make a positive commitment in the coming days then ZED will most likely win the day.But likewise Linktone are not likely to want to miss this opportunity and I feel they will enter the fray.All we mere mortals can do is wait and see.If they do not the sp drops right the way back to low 40s and if they do the sp will surge to mid 60s.Thanks for your imput

With a ZED valuation of 50p per share for a half interest and Linktone putting a valuation of 65p per share for the entire(and remember this is just the opening salvo) ZED could easily trump this 65p offer at any time by buying out the entire existing shares and abandoning their original 50% proposal. Linktone I would assume will counter and so on.Perhaps the idea of £1 a share is not too outlandish,and indeed there is every chance another interested party might not have yet shown their hand.

Classic example of two interested parties with an interest in different parts of the business.ZED would perhaps be interested in strengthening their European interests especially England with the bonus of Asia and Linktone interested in strengthening their Asian interests with perhaps a bonus of Europe or a sell off of that part of the business. Interesting week ahead and the game is certainly not over yet on this one.If I were ZED I would be making overtures to Linktone and visa versa

The offer by ZED will no doubt fail if shareholders are aware of a 65p offer from another party.Indeed if ZED are defeated which they will be,there is no reason in the world why they will not counter the Chinese offer.A purchase on Monday if the 50ish ask is still around should be worth at least 25% profit before the weekend arrives.Is this free money or am I missing something?

Genemedix have today consolidated on a one for ten basis.Usually this can lead to an opportunity for an increase in sp going forward.Yesterday sells were at a 4.45p level,yet today you can buy what was ten shares for 37p,that shows a 20% reduction! Am I missing something here?

Wondered why the share price dropped on a planning permission for housing.Appears unregistered brokers have been flogging the stock.With the sp having halved since Fridays good news this may well represent a buying opportunity.I recall a similar situation arose with Azure Holdings a few years ago and the brokers ended up paying a premium to buy back shares to keep theh books right.There may be further weakness in hte morning and I would think that might be the chance to pounce

Not in and unfortunatly as I predicted they have gotten weaker.The mms are obviously trying to offload the 800k+ sharess they took on board Tuesday unless of course they have already placed these.Either way they possibly continue to weaken.Amazing to think I thought these value last year at 55p following their initial weakness!

Why are these trading at 55% of the main share price? Seems to me they are overvalued having shown a multiple of 15 their price a few weeks ago.If I held I would be getting out at this generous level
