The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Look at the number of shares held before and after the placing and tell me they didn’t add more shares. Then tell me why there’s a discrepancy between the TR-1 saying the no. Of shares is the same when the prospectus says otherwise.
£3.8m cash (in Sterling not local currency). Explorer stage so they can afford to wait it out with minimal cash burn. CEO in country with a good team of consultants and geologists so could make some deals if the majors get scared off. I’m ready for blood, but a few notes for perspective.
General Meeting is on the 5th. Assuming everything's passed trading is on 10 Jan. Reckon similar to IPO, it has a nice pop to 7-9p but flippers and stale bulls will take advantage and bail. Not nice to say, but lockdowns in Europe and coming to the UK soon so could get a return of capital to small caps again. Some good assay results here and promise of regular news flow could get this moving up and stay up.
