Members list. Anyone heard of Rio Tinto? https://chamberofmines.kz/en/who-we-are
Saw the tweet. This seems to be the program for the launch event. https://mining-metals.kz/en/media-centre/news/news-blog/1443-kazakhstan-chamber-of-mines-established-to-foster-responsible-mining-practices-and-investment-climate
CEO is taking £12k a year to extend runway. Owns 10%. Solely focused on EST. You lost some fish and chip money and just repeat the same rubbish. Resource exploration is a volatile caper. Have some respect for the men in the arena.
Exploration company. Drilling is the sine qua non. Copper has leapfrogged from Greenfield exploration to brownfield development. If twinned drilling corroborates historic drilling we have 19-23MT JORC. Extra credits possible for gold etc. They can get an open pit operation done quickly and cheaply. 2 mills nearby for offtake. It's taken time to get the copper ready but this is what they've spent the most time on. Farm in is a possibility. They can show an economic deposit and ample scope for expansion on the licence with more potential discoveries. CAMl this week have set up a JV to start exploration efforts.
Seems to be more than that in this list. https://hedgefollow.com/funds/Scion+Asset+Management
Ontarget - read the company presentation. They set out next steps for each asset. Gold, copper, rare earths. They're drilling the gold licence now and the RNS said they'll be looking at routes to production. Copper will be drilled early next year, most likely with a view to being farmed-out so we get the upside without incurring extra costs. Rare earths will also be drilled and proven up, suspect they may farm it out or spin-off with dedicated management with rare earth expertise. Now compare to Power Metals, unwieldy portfolio worldwide, now desperately IPOing off their licences etc, no clear route to production.
The brokers have done a poor job here. No support whatsoever.
