In my mind news is on its way but negotiations have to take place first. The halving must be playing a massive part in these negotiations which is the tricky bit. If you imagine the closer to the Halving date the higher the deal price may get which is why the pressure is on the miners. QBT just have a waiting game IMHO. Good Luck All
