I can only see this as being good news. If CPX are confident in taking on Maxwell then they must be confident in a winning outcome with Ioxus.
Excellent result and quicker than I had anticipated. Once Ioxus settle I wonder who Cap-xx will go after next?
Maxwell maybe? Didn't somebody say that Maxwell had referenced Cap-xx in their own patent application?
NOTICE OF SERVICE of Defendants' Joint Initial Invalidity Contentions filed by Cornell-Dubilier Electronics, Inc., Ioxus, Inc..(Blumenfeld, Jack)
Update on Pacemaker for request of documentation.....
Does anyone know where these pdf dockets attachments can be read for free?
Is there anybody on this bb that is going to the AGM? If we can get some questions asked by someone then all well and good, otherwise its just going to be 'all resolutions passed RNS'.
This is the first time the case has been referred to Mediation, so a form or settlement must be in the way. That standing order dated Jan '16 is an agreement that nothing will be docketed during ADR mediation cases.
Thanks TT, well spotted.
Can you lot go and start another thread. This isn't arguing its noise.
PP1, The Court case is also against Ioxus.
Just wondering what your point is?
I am hoping someone will interview AK once the results are out on Wednesday. With confidentiality agreements in place I guess all he will be able to say is this will be a transformational year...
Hi Tradingdutch, I wouldn't bother getting L2 unless you want to start trading this share or any other for that matter. And to be honest I wouldn't trade this as there isn't enough liquidity, plus the spread is too wide. I am not sure about this site , however if you sign up to AD-VF-N they do offer a 30day free trial of L2 that you can cancel very easily. Its interesting to look at for Cap-xx now and then through the day to see what the price levels are, but its going to cost you 40 odd quid a month for the privilege.
Price Monitoring Extension
The auction call period has been extended in this security by 5 minutes.
Auction call extensions give London Stock Exchange electronic order book users a further opportunity to review the prices and sizes of orders entered in an individual security's auction call before the execution occurs. A price monitoring extension is activated when the matching process would have otherwise resulted in an execution price that is a pre-determined percentage above or below the price of the most recent automated execution today.
The applicable percentage is set by reference to a security's Millennium Exchange sector. This is set out in the Sector Breakdown tab of the Parameters document at www.londonstockexchange.com/tradingservices
iWant, could you post a link to that report?
Just wondering who else CAP-XX might be chatting too?
Well that's taken the pressure off my investment decision here. Well done AK and team! Fantastic news. Upward and onward!!
That's odd. Why would my question I just asked be deleted from this thread?
Any guesses what an Oral Order might signify?
Reading Thomson Reuters Practical Law it states 'The duration of patent lawsuits in district courts varies widely, depending on the court. However, in many district courts, it is not uncommon for proceedings to last for two or more years from inception to disposition. Actions in the US International Trade Commission, if instituted, are expedited and generally concluded within 12 to 15 months'.
Fingers crossed a settlement is engineered tomorrow or I feel this could get protracted as sellonnews has hinted.
CAP-xx have ramped up their Representatives for the Cornell-Dubilier Electronics court case. Now 6 vs 1. I am sure this has gone up? Cap-xx aren't mucking about.
