Whether or not this person was just too p!ssed off because he/she got their probably £382 locked this share and needs it to pay for their groceries... It was a good laugh but very silly on their behalf. If you want to dance you got to pay the band. Potentially this person may long regret their post... This person must be sh!tting their pants now at home realising what was done and reading the posts on this board...

RNS released by DEO it was a fraud, but with that said, (like myself) most of us are share chasing & trying to make a few quick £££. At the end of the day it is up to due diligence and/or lack of research which makes us to throw monies into a share or not.... I did not jump into this share but was tempted many times (and still am) because of lack of any tangible information. As I said to those whom had the b@lls to jump in and make some £££, absolutely great call! The point I'm trying to get to is at the end of the day these are open forums and many of these "Newbies" or regulars take what they often read as fact. It's a cardinal sin and a mistake which can potentiality cause you to lose a stack of money in a flash. Don't follow the hype but follow your own good research and gut feeling. You're correct... It is a simple task to track an IP address. A lot of idiots don't realize every connection has a unique ID... This person was a moron...

If my memory serves me correct, that was actually a recently released RNS from either AEX or Solo that someone altered. I'm not a solicitor, but I believe DEO and/or FSA do have some sort of recourse if they are p!ssed off enough...

It appears someone was naughty & caused a stir with a bogus post, at least enough to catch the attention of the DEO folks ... Does anyone know if it had come from the LSE board? Silly poster, it would be rather easy for them to track him if they wanted to... GLA

I had DEO plugged into my Barxs... If you noticed on L2's, it briefly went into auction for a few seconds afyter the RNS was released...
