Warik rather than being quite aggressive if you read the article it say shareholders will be worthless. I've copied and pasted for you since you've missed it.
'The deal would be structured so that stores would continue to trade without affecting shoppers or suppliers but shareholders’ stakes would be rendered worthless.'
This has got Afren written all over it. Shareholders will get cut out, MA will do a deal to get Debenhams thus protecting his investment and shareholders lose out. DEBs then links up with HOF and something to then compete with Arcadia group, Next and M&S.
Woh just researched Deb, you love taking risks Scully, it's like Abal 50/50, Debs could be taken over by the lenders meaning no equity value for shareholders if MA doesn't get involved.
Honestly optimism is great and all but when the sp has been decimated, it's foolish to be optimistic and start to question what the heck is going on. From outside someone looking in can clearly see it's been on a downward spiral so me being optimistic is giving false hope to newcomers and I don't want to be misleading people. I'd rather be honest. Once the Mozzy deal and MED deals happen and things actually happening then I'll be more optimistic.
Scully no news on the 29th March, what's the situation now, is it all hands on deck with Abal. My concern is it's gonna go to the wire either rescued or suspended and we all lost the lot. Let's hope we all haven't invested large sums (e.g £2k or more) in this risky company.
I agree Patch, the question should be has LC delivered with Kibo, if anyone thinks he has then im concerned for them. Plus how can one define a successful entrepreneur, it's all subjective and scewed.
Sym don't get yourself confused, my motives are only to see the sp increase to 7p to then decide whether to sell out completely or hold a small amount but at this moment in time still on hold.
