The BOD, store managers, area managers should've done a lot better in improving customer service, if you're shopping in-store shoppers are expecting great customer service and helpful staff, compare the service from M&S and John Lewis, Debs is way behind.
They should've improved the customer experience which is something stores can get a head of compared to online experience. Also they should've competed online with better pictures of the products, compare the pictures to ASOS and boohoo, Debs is awful when compared to those pure online sites.
