Can anyone who's with HL explain how this voting will work, will I receive an email from HL to vote online?

Has anyone got any idea with this company, I've got my shares from the RTO but that's about it, no news nothing from this company and SP seems to be heading one way and that's a big South.

Anyone know what's going on with this company?

Soley you see quite naive, you only started commenting on this board from yesterday, have you bought into Kibo from yesterday or something. Have a read of the old RNS and plans Kibo had and ask yourself where did it all go wrong.

Hopefully we can boot out LC and his merry men so that someone else can come in

Soley why don't you pipe down mate, they're voicing their concerns with Kibo since we've been misled by LC and his band of merry men. They've got every right to raise their disappointment in a share where the CEO said a lot and hasn't delivered one bit of it

When I said making anything I should've been clear, I meant making a product of their own like e.g Avacta or selling like Next, Asos etc

I reckon it's because not many people understand TEK, it's essentially an investment vehicle looking at opportunities and investing in those businesses. TEK isn't making anything which I think is confusing people as one bad investment and it could be risky so I reckon that's why people seem to be staying away until one of them delivers well.

Bellescura seems very confident they'll be getting the FDA approval otherwise they're ready now to IPO plus I think the current value of $12.5m wasn't what they were expecting which means either looking to cash out or raise more money easily once FDA approval given to fast track the product forward.

Or another way to look at it is if the price of Bellescura is very good upon IPO then TEK may reduce their stake and cash in the profit to focus on Salarius.

If Bellescura were to raise further cash and since at TEK we don't have big pockets could our stake at Bellescura be reduced if they're going on a fund raise?

84Yards has raised a valid point with the Baobab company going private and shafting shareholder from Redbirds.

Does anyone know if Redbird is still involved with Baobab as it could spell disaster for us in Kibo.

Positive RNS but what a surprise news coming in from the consolidation RNS from Friday classic LC and his crew at work but if it means Kibo going up then so be it.

I think one thing for sure is not many have stayed victims, we've all ventured into other stocks now to try and recoup losses so that's a massive positive for us all. Just hope it all works out for all of us whichever ones we focus on long term.
