Surely the solution to ending this war is for Ukraine to come to the table and accept that they cannot keep fighting and will not win this war.
Whist Trump is in power I cannot see Russia re-igniting the war, this gives plenty of time for Ukraine to rebuild its defences and the country as well as develop their military and training as well as allows UK + France (who love a good dust up) to get their defence spending and military technology in order. This will send a clear message to Russia should they show any aggression in the future to Ukraine etc that Europe is better prepared to resist.
Right now, bravado by Zelensky, Starmer and Macron who are thinking with their c0 c ks and not heads is not what’s needed.
You must play the long game at times and if it means taking a step back now but for longer term strength then that is surely better than having nothing left to fight for.
It’s very easy to be brave when its not your blood being spilt, so if punter and el boy feel like Rambo go ahead, get your bow and arrow and water pistol ready.
As for those Ukranians who fled their country, I am sure they would want the war to end and return one day unless they enjoy living of the UK tax payer, hey el boy??.
Europe should see trump as a back stop and deterrent for Russia by simply being in power, so instead of acting big and tough make the most of the 4 years DT is in and rebuild their military before it’s too late.
The comedian has to accept that without a US backstop there is no back stop and stop letting the macrons and starmer of this world feeding his soldiers to the wolves.
