2 - There is a strong demand for minerals in the Artic

3 - Thawing of relations between US and Russia

4 - What the world has confirmed which is that the UK/Europe/Zelensky have no authority, hence 1 will be achieved

5 - Sanctions will be lifted

6 - US business will flock back to Russia

etc
