You have to remember ggp has a market cap of 2b, a lot of good news and future projected earnings are baked in, EUA does not have that hence the upside is huge here.

With only 17m mcap, this is so undervalued with respect to the potential. So if GGP are sniffing around and they take this at 100m, it still nothing to them.
