CS is either very unlucky or incompetent, it appears he is both IMO

OSF - very well said.

CS has never once accepted any responsibility, apologised or accepted his failures during his tenure which i hope is now coming to a end.

But what he is good at is selling a BS vision, dodgy resource reports and shortly were always a way to suck more people in, get the placings away and lose it all on Rosgeo, fine wine and holidays with the other charlatans on the board.

Unless he comes out with something substantial and shortly as per the oxford english dictionaries definition of the word then share price will have a 1 in front of at it by the end of this month.

I am expecting the same IT issues as per last years AGM, only selective questions will make it through the IT gate to CS.

Wolfe - I still don’t expect a answer to that though, certainly not one that will make any sense anyway.

What have the BODs achieved since the last AGM, i.e what have they been up to besides the obvious …. fighting number of court and litigation cases.

No point asking about asset sale as the old NDA chestnut will be wheeled out, so for me what have they been up to and what have they achieved.

Simple answer in plain clear english will suffice.

CS is out of his depth, he 'apparently' didn't know his mate AC(inside man) had a cash call and was about to tank the share price, how many of you actually bought that BS RNS that followed? I think most did including myself.

Bumbling fool is being polite for CS.

They dont have the wonga to mine, they will need sinosteel assuming they are still there, who knows if they are or not?

Its sale or nothing, win or bust ands the mcap reflects that.

I respect anyones views to vote how they see fit, ultimately no body has a clue whats going on anyway.

I would love to have DS back on the board dictating matters but thats my view, being Russian and largest shareholder will work to our advantage IMO but thats just my view, each to their own.

I actually am not bothered about the time taken about the asset sale, its more the communications (lack of/poor/cryptic etc) that is the issue.

Database - you will haver already voted by the time you get a update assuming the update does not come before the AGM, bit late dont yo think, you will only have to wait another 12 months to vote again.

I say get DS back onto the board, and let him take charge of the asset sale, how is that for a alternative.

He is the largest shareholder and it will be in his interests to get the job done, we need DS running this show, not a tin pot geologist.

No body has ousted or challenged CS in 28 years, he has always been surrounded by yes men/women and that is not healthy in any form of business IMO

Del - I am sure at the next AGM you will be any more the wiser, you will still be scratching your head.

The issue is CS has been here 28 years, far to many years for his and our good. In that time he has become so attached to the company and thinks the company is his, it is not, its a PLC.

Due to him treating the company as his personal baby, what he may be doing may not be in the interests of shareholders, he has become stale, the stock has become stale and the sale has become stale.

For the good of all shareholders he simply must be voted out IMO.

Scotty - been saying for a while we need a change in approach/direction/strategy/communication etc etc etc, i.e. change in personal for a start.

Above just 1 example of many of hiding behind NDA’s and making excuses for the company.
