Either way the share price will either drift into the low 1’s and lower or will respond positively, the market voting machine will be deciding not very shortly.

I would not be surprised DS wanted to accept a offer in the 60-70p range when the share price hit 44p but was out voted by Teflon king CS and his board members resulting in DS being booted of the board as M&A officer. DS questioned CS, how dare he and he was off.
