G_G_G agree with you. The shareholder register on the company webside is showing 45.38 % owned by significant shareholders. This was over 49% prior to end of the year. This would tie in with the reduction in holdings as detailed in the TR1. Wither all of these shares ended up in PI hands or else where, thats not clear.

Question is why would he lower his position under Eagle Eye Asset Holdings ?

Hi Beardozer, but you have got to love a well organised market though. Run us up 30% to nearly

10 p on the the latest update and then back down to where we started or worse. Poor sausages that

bought in at the top thinking there was something substantial behind the news and ofcourse

the large 'unknown' purchases kick in again.

Heres hoping there is a pay day for the PIs, its been one hell of a drawn out and frustraiting afair.

I must admit, I have seen very few active aim stocks that have traded in such a tight range over

an 11 month period.

For the majority of that time we have traded between 7p - 9p with a few dips under and above.

Its almost as if its getting held there for a reason, a reason we are not privy to but then I think,

that can't be the case, because that would be market price minipulation and we all know

that never happens.

Key take aways from Q3 update seems to be;

- Averge price per carat seems to be trending up.

- Operational cost savings have kicked in from September @ $1.5m per month ($18 m annualised)

- We have found 8 greater than 100 carat so far this year with a 319 carat after end of September.

Cost savings and price per carat look to be key to getting us back in the black with the odd large diamond

flung in.

• Three greater than 100 carat diamonds were recovered during the Period and a 319 carat diamond

was recovered after the Period, bringing the total year to date recoveries of greater than 100 carat

diamonds to eight.

• 22 830 carats were sold during the Period (Q2 2025: 23 932 carats), generating revenue of US$25.7

million (Q2 2025: US$23.5 million) and achieving an average price of US$1 124 per carat (Q2 2025:

US$980 per carat).

The decisive measures to conserve cash as previously reported have been completed, with the

anticipated c.US$1.5 million monthly savings being realised from September 2025.

Beardozer, I must admit that this is extremely strange trading activity, a captured trading range with 10s of millions of shares traded over the past

months in a veiled manner, without any impact on the price.

I fail to believe that the Company does not know, who or what entity is generating such activity and to what end.

The burn rate from end of 30 June to 25 Sept (3 months) was $ 1 m and they have $2.9m in bank as of end of Sept, so reasonable to assume

they are covered through end of March.

Thought there were ftse rules, regards informing the market in a certain timeframe, after a significant event (s) has taken place.

I am afraid I am with you Beardozer and I have only been a SH for 6 years.

I get the feeling, that the can will get kicked further down the road with increased dilution to keep operations going and

deals being done with as yet unknown financiers or current majors, that are not going to benefit the PIs.

I think the SP may go up from here (depends on how much dilution) but not to the extent that most on here believe.

I don't think there is going to be a bumper pay day for PIs at multiples of current price, based on complete buy out,

just don't see it anymore.

When we were all asked to give a SP prediction, I was one of the lowest at 75p. I would now gladly take half of that.

As usual hope to be proven absolutely wrong.

I am sure they could issue an update if they are moving into a formal bid process or having talks with strategic investors.

They don't need to give out any NDA info or name any parties involved.

Are we currently having meaningful/material discussions with parties interested in investing or a buy out ?

'The next 2-3 weeks will be telling' but not really because if they don't give us an update 'it does not mean we are

automatically screwed'.

I think that's called hedging your bets.

All I want is for the Company to operate in an forthright and professional manner, that's the least SH should expect

from the management team. Doesn't matter if it is good or not so good i.e delayed project timeframes.

We are all in the same boat, as far as our expectations and hopes for the Company but should not be making excuses for

communication blackouts - hopefully this will change in the weeks/months a head.
