RE: Thoughts15 May 2021 16:08
Mayhem, it's a fair question, but let's not forget the SP increase over the last 14 months or so (March 20th, 2020, 0.27p; May 14th, 2021, 2.425p). One could argue that very little has been holding us back! But, seriously, one does wonder if offers have been made which are deemed too low by our BOD. This may well be the case, but at what point do shareholders need to be informed of any potential offer? My thoughts, for what they are worth, is it must be incredibly difficult to put a price on Sareum's IP, especially in an inflationary environment. I mean, look at commodities (copper, iron ore, platinum, rhodium, etc.). Is our IP any less of a commodity as the examples I have just given? My view is that, the longer we wait, the more our IP continues to sky rocket. Thoth's 28p is now chicken feed! We're looking at many multiples of that, but the bean counters at wherever (Eli Lilly, Astra Zeneca, etc.) don't want to entertain the notion that inflation applies to IP in the same way that it applies to consumer goods. Just a thought...
