In capital markets speak, the 'book' is the list of investors who want to buy shares in the capital raising, and companies usually appoint investment banks or brokers to 'build the book' and determine who will receive shares and at what price.

It’s obvious that IIs want in so rather than stitch up the PIs they’re going for book build.

It is expected that First Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Firm Placing Shares will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 22 May 2019 and that Second Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Conditional Placing Shares will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 5 June 2019.
