EFSA approved the first health claim study in 2009 that "water-soluble tomato concentrate helps maintain normal platelet aggregation and helps healthy blood flow". This is the first product that has passed the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) Act 13.5 on the claims of new functions, and has been approved for EFSA's first new health care function. The scientific opinion issued by the European Food Safety Agency (EFSA) in 2011 pointed out that cardiovascular health function claims include adjusting blood lipids, lowering blood pressure, maintaining normal endothelial function, and reducing platelet aggregation. In this scientific opinion, it is pointed out that "in subjects with higher cardiovascular (CV) risk factors (such as smokers, hypercholesterolemia subjects, obesity, diabetes), their platelets are prone to be overactive and hypercoagulable. And it is closely related to the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis and its complications.

In the China Guidelines for Risk Assessment and Management of Cardiovascular Diseases in 2018, increased platelet aggregation has been listed as a potential risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Other than Blood Pressure reduction, the fit for Fruitflow within these health functions is limited IMO.
What if By-Health are actually trying to get a new function included in the list of 27 (24) health function claims that would better suit Fruitflow?

Similar articles to the 2 below popped up a while ago but I couldn't really get the connection.
They seem to be for a tea franchise but in all the articles give a selling point: (???) of Qin Drink with Fruitflow.

According to this article they do still use Fruitflow but I doubt that you will ever see the FF logo on the shirts/equipment. DSM are the sponsors not FF.

DP64, I think you are reading to much into it. Perhaps "assisting blood lipid reduction" was not on the cards when it comes to Fruitflow and a Blue Cap health claim. Or maybe it will be in the future.

Unfortunately we have not been told what health claims By-Health are actually applying for for Fruitflow and until they get approval they can't launch a product with that claim.

I doubt there are any conflicts between By-Health, DSM or PXS.
