Can I say that if you can only find Fruitflow at £1 a tablet then you are looking in the wrong places.

Can I also ask what boat has PXS comprehensively missed? and why the sp shows its to late?

I am not aware of a cure for all or any of the above.

Yip that's the one we need to keep a hold of but (as far as I am aware) it doesn't stop other people / companies applying for patents with Fruitflow for other benefits it may have and is not already patented. Remember Asim and Oslo Uni patented fruitflow as an antihypertensive agent that we now own.

As long as we own the patent for the method of production then we can control the sale of the product but I do hope we have a FF/Covid patent in the pipeline.

Dr_H, I believe that was more to do with the commercial terms of the Alliance Agreement rather than extending it. Remember "The Company's Alliance Agreement with DSM Nutritional Products for Fruitflow® includes a financial model which is based upon the division of profits between the two partners on an agreed basis, linked to certain revenue targets, following the deduction of the cost of goods and a fixed level of overhead from sales."
The the fixed level of overheads from sales was reduced at the time.
