I stayed in remainco with all my Holdings. Isa and none isa. With the 13.4% increase in stayingbin remainco, should my share holding have increased or just 13.4% of the shares removed ? If removed a d the price was 55p odd when announced, should we not be at 60p odd with the 13.4% .

But they are not canx shares for min 12months so we arrived diluted and in theory not getting the 13% odd uplift for 12m min. This needs explaining ?

As mentioned but not discussed. Why are they not canx for at least 12m ?. That means we won't get the 13% uplift for that time as if held in treasury they can be put back into the market again?

Will they gave to buy in open market, or just canx them but then assume have to buy them to canx them ? Any one know how it works without guessing?
