Helx 2 - as much as we have clashed and disagreed on bids to date, I can categorically say I do not set up multiple accounts.

It would not surprise me if the person setting up all these accounts, whether they ramp/deramp, is the same person.

To add, what has become apparent in the last few months, is while the size of the market is huge (how many times have we seen the stats) brands are yet to buy into this media channel.

Whether they do or note remains to be seen and is reliant on new standards and then an education process which is going to take some time.

No bank is lending bidstack any money on the back of their forecasts.
Bidstack specifically said in their annual report they have found it difficult to forecasts.

Pretty sure one the investors in one of the last fund raises questioned bidstack about there OPEX.

Anyone underwriting this fund raise will question the audacity of JD and FP doubling their salary when they are not in a financial position to do so.
No idea of cost containment, and will just spunk any funds raised like they normally do.

We’ll give the two founders doubles their salaries (which all impact other costs such as pension contributions , and employer NI contributions etc) they quite clearly don’t manage cash very well.
They just spunk it up the wall.
Note they are also a platinum sponsor of some event coming up, so imagine that’s a huge chunk.

Start ups should be conservative with money.
This company raises money and then wastes it.
How much money have they spent on sales guys over the last few years when quite clearly nothing was going to sell en masses until the IAB standards had been set.

Bidstack will be raising cash. Make no bones about it.
The question is at what price.

However, like you say, setting standards could quite easily drag on and then of course you need the brands to buy into IGA.

Go and read the IAB report I posted.
It’s clear brands aren’t buying into IGA until standardisation has been sorted.
Yas and Fran already implied that on one of their road shows.
This is probably why azerion deal is not live yet.

With IAB standards months from being signed off, there is no chance Bidstack will achieve revenue targets this year.
I expect this to be revised downwards like last year, and then again in December only for cenkos to declare in line with expectation in Jan 2023 (bit like what happens this year)
