On the flip aide if there is no material news between now and Xmas I can see this dropping below 15p with the bears grabbing hold and nervous investors selling.

Let’s imagine that got us back to 30 p purely on speculation of tie up with EA.
Then bang news shares sold. Would have been accused of insider trading.

This would have gone through compliance and would have been signed off by legal. Share sale would have to coincide with being outside a close period. Close period being when directors are in knowledge of material news.

No revenue generating news and BIDs is going to be sold off with bears saying not going to hit target.
If material news alluding to targets hit, then new highs.
That is by no means a ramp. It is quite clear now that the market is waiting for confirmation that BIdS can be the money making machine JD has said it can.
Until that is confirmed Mkt value of BIdS remains under pressure

As a corporate lawyer he will specifically know what BIDS need to say to the market and when.
Absolutely no way he would have JD saying gbp 5.9mil by year end if that was not going to happen.
If, for what ever reason, that target is not going to be met DS will be advising JD that the market needs to be advised.

I think TW has done a lot of damage this week giving 4 reasons why you must sell BIDS. PI’s that read his circular probably follow his say so.
I wonder what will happen if next week massive RNS drops and SP back up 30s. Will his followers be complaining. Should TW be looked into by FCA for giving poor advice. I hope that ends up being the case

Super Jim - JD actually commented on the fund raise by Anzu. Whilst noting great for Anzu, one of the main benefactors was WPP.
Having this tie in with WPP removed neutrality of Anzu. WPPs competitors now unlikely to use Anzu as ultimately feeds WPP.
