With that in mind I wouldn’t have thought the board would have prepared some sort of operational update to inform shareholders. Don’t need to go into nitty gritty and divulge all company secrets but no where has JD even mentioned revenue figure and confirmed categorically BIDs on target. Alluding to is one thing, conforming is another.
I don’t want my post to be taken to bearish because I am a true believer in BIDS. Hope everyone is successful with their holding

I totally agree with his hence why I was a bit underwhelmed with JD’s loose update on LinkedIn. Something concrete in a RNS and we wouldn’t be having these discussions now.
Revenue feels like elephant in the room. No one truly has a clue if missing, hitting, exceeding targets. #ontrack could mean anything. On track with business plan, on track with revenues, on track with 3 years in 1 plan.
We know Lewis Sherlock came in and shook everything up so may bids have changed tact since peterhouse forecasts made.
We all really have no idea - that’s what’s frustrating

,when as shareholders, we had been told all systems go so it’s slightly disappointing to see share price regress and not see any concrete revenue generating news in this quarter so far. This, coupled with constant bashing by Tom Winnfirth, Mello conference frustrates the hell out of me as i truly believe BIDS conceptually have a great product. What’s needed is the games library to utilise the tech as everything else seems to be in place. Shareholders just want to see progress in BiDs ie more games than the three we currently have. That’s ok isn’t it?

How people had a wii as a second consoles to PlayStation and x box.
For the platform to truly be adopted by the masses though, especially as a second console, the games must be on a Netflix/Spotify format.
If this happens I suspect google will smash the console market. If not I think it will just be a challenger to the consoles.

Having just looked on stadia FM20 and Grid will be released soon after.
Forgetting those two titles for the minute I can’t see why any one would rush out to get stadia bearing in mind the 12 release titles are all old and only one is exclusive.
I actually think it takes the biscuit that people have probably pre ordered the equipment and they are not getting anything exciting on day of the release.

Back to grid - read that grid has 40 car race that is only possible on stadia platform. Cannot be down on PS4 Xbox or pc. That’s pretty exciting for bids and ads seen

Agree you couldnt have a big logo of monster energy drink slap bang in the middle of a war zone but could easily have subtle logos in the game.
