Although this has clearly affected the SP and Lombard have taken profit (although appear to have slowed up selling at a 14% holding) people already seem to want to have Brian’s head on a stick before we even know what the award looks like. No one knows what the true calc is and if the narrative that has run throughout (fair value for the lifetime of patent, all jurisdictions etc etc) is followed through, I’m sure that holders will be happy, even at the low end of the range of expectations and once the funders have been dished.

Until that RNS arrives as a little red 1 at the top of this board everything else is conjecture at best and conspiracy at worst. Exactly the types of seeds that the paid derampers and shorters want to plant in the heads of PIs.

Agree Sammy - that fact that people on this Board are touting that they may have gone through all this and agreed a settlement that involves them not retaining any of of the pay out is truly astounding.
