L19 - I'm no expert on timing either and topping up yesterday morning instead of the afternoon is just one of many examples I could give. That said, I wouldn't be surprised if the SP went up next week, as it's the new financial year and a new ISA allowance for many. I could be wrong of course, but for some it makes more sense to wait until next week than do it now. I certainly don't see it staying at this price for long.

Despite my frustrations with this SP, I'm still confident it will do well (not as well as some on other forums are suggesting, but there you go).
With that in mind I've topped up a little.
It's nearly a year since 'the incident', and I'm sure many will have sold since then, but there will be some hanging on and who knows, maybe some have decided to hold long term.
I'm not far from being back in the red, but like I say, I'm confident this will lift.

Knowing me I might have done a bit of top slicing back then, as I know what I'm like! That said, I was reading a thread on Facebook the other day where people were talking about shares they had sold too soon and wished they hadn't. One fella bought ASOS at 10p and sold for £1 thinking it was a decent profit. If you look at it now, you can see why he was gutted.
A totally different sector from TRX of course, but still interesting to hear how these things can pan out

Thanks Pokerchips. I know years ago the SP was even higher at approx 30p (I think), but I can't see it getting back to that, although stranger things have happened.
Like you say, a lot of heavy lifting is required :-)

Just looking at an HL performance chart from 3 years ago, and the SP was over 10p. I have no idea what the fundamentals were back then (apart from far fewer shares in circulation).
A lot can ( and does) happen in 3 years, but at the same time, it isn't a long time.
Does anyone think it could go back to this level again without consolidation? I know the loss of Woodford affected shares, as well as other things (not just the dilution), but might it be the case that the SP was overvalued 3 years ago? There have been a number of positives since.

I know. That is one hell of a trade.

You make a very good point with your slow rises statement. The spikes are exciting to see - until people start dumping their shares. That's when things start getting a bit frustrating for me.

Nice to see this heading north again. Hopefully the days of <0.7 are behind us, but only if it gets <0.6 will I start panicking!

We had looked into it a few years ago, but felt it wasn't really feasible, so I was a bit taken aback when I felt the urge to leave, even though it had been one of those mornings.
But as a patient reminded me, the clocks go forward this month and that cheered me a little. I think the pandemic is bound to have something to do with it, however one of the nurses has just told me that 20million have been vaccinated, so again that gave me something to smile about.
I'd still go tomorrow if I could - and yes, £3 per share would see me settled very nicely!

I'm having one of those days where I want to emigrate to Cyprus right now, and frankly this SP isn't helping lol.
That said there would have to be the mother of all increases for us to be able to go full stop, as I want to live in a villa and give up work, so maybe I'll have to settle for two weeks next year instead.

My name is missing from the list. I didn't amend my prediction, so this maybe why?
I will stick with my original SP which seems rather pessimistic now, so hopefully we can all look back and laugh about how miserable I was!

I know a number of people have mentioned the possibility of TRX being listed on NASDAQ, but I thought the SP had to be in the region of 4USD for this to be possible? Unless I'm missing something - and I probably am, wouldn't this only be achievable if their was an acquisition?
I'm curious as to whether or not there's an alternative route, as the only other option would be the mother of consolidations

Trust me, if this SP got to 80p in two years, nobody - and I mean absolutely nobody would be more ecstatic than me.
80p doesn't buy you much at all these days, but when you consider what the MCap would have to be to achieve that, and what would need to happen to get to that MCap, then consolidation or not, it is literally a tall order.
I'm not for one minute suggesting that it will never reach 80p, but in two years?
It's a no from me, but more than willing to choke on a hefty piece of humble pie if I'm wrong :-)

I agree. The last time s/he said this I asked them to back their prediction up as it sounded like a number plucked out of thin air.
