No. Suzy stated that although the progress with TRX has been slower than she would have liked, she is monitoring them closely and is still very confident of completion. Nothing in there not to like. The lab looks great and should bring in much more revenue than the leasing costs. I live in Nottingham and with its two huge universities and hospital, the term 'Medi City' is an accurate one.
I feel very encouraged that my sizeable investment is a good one. Unlike so many posters on here, I have patience and belief that in time my patience will be hugely rewarded.

Someone on PYC forum just posted a reason why their SP has gone up so much today - "Looks like the 201 deal could be done and £6mln windfall landing here at PYC"
To be fair, other posters have put forward other possible reasons, but this one's my favourite

Just heard on one of the news channels a one liner about a new drug being accepted to treat triple negative breast cancer. No company mentioned. Anyone else hear this? Is it us?

Only one person wants to get Suzy out and yet everyone else is using the same 'Get Suzy out' header. Any potential new investor coming on to this site and seeing all those headers is going to run a mile. No wonder the SP has dropped again.

Hi Adam - just a bit of clarification insofar that everything seemed to be focussed on TheoremRX and the 201 deal but is that now delayed even further? If so, which of the company's products do you anticipate will be the subject of the next good news. I'm aware we have a list of products, so which is now nearest to bringing us good news if it's not 201?
Thank you and sorry if you might have misinterpretated my request for an update. Reading it back, it did sound a bit impatient. I've been in here for a number of years and impatience is not usually something I'm guilty of.

I love your positivity PM and it keeps reminding me of what huge potential there is in this company, but at the moment it is only potential. I'm heavily invested here and I'd like to see an update from our shareholder rep.... are you there Adam?

What concerns me is that the shareholders' representative hasn't posted for some time, unless I missed it amongst all the ramping and deramping. We need some reassurance here Adam

Had to go down to 1000 before I could get a sell price - 27.5p

My post on Friday includes the words 'not intending to sell'. How is that not clear? Thanks to two helpful posters, I will be getting a sell price for max 10,000 shares tomorrow at 8am. This is for my information and doesn't mean I'm going to actually sell a single one of my 200,000. Please read posts properly before replying.

Not worried and not intending to sell but just wondered if there's a reason why LSE don't want to buy. I've been in for 200,000 at approx 44p average for some time now. Don't reply if you're just a blatant ramper or deramper!

Just look at the trades - lots of big sells and all bar one £20k or below, and the one that's above is only 40 quid over. I agree that if these were regular sells at any other time, the SP would have plummeted. So my take is - it's all fine and if you want more reassurance take a look at the zoom presentation. I've got 200,000 shares at 44p average so I'm well down at the moment but I'm very excited about what's coming.
