borgie, Val bought the Fit Bio for 5000 Euros, financed by Alpha Blue Ocean, and will encorporate Val 101. Val 401 is hopefully funded by Black Cat Bio. So we have Val 201 which they say basically, if the consolidate the share price and when the trial results are published will attract private, even maybe institutional investors? If not yet another cash raise. Val 301 not sure. All this happening and the share price Tanks? Just keep updating BOD anything you can! AIMO

Nobody is happy with the position of the company at the moment. I would like to hear from all, what would be the Pros AND Cons of voting for, And against the Consolidation.

BOD Stop bleeding everybody dry. Turn this play zone, into a multi million Dollar, dividend paying company.

We have to stick together. I can't believe they can act this way without justification or any update or progress report. We are kept in the dark and it is just a guessing game for us. We need to be able to act on mass where our money disappears to, ie salaries, bonuses, expenses, trial cost, and general running costs.

You can't believe what situation we are in. They offer them selves bonuses etc, and they still want more. They must have something up their sleeve, for use to allow the gravey trainto keep rolling.
