Yes you can open log positions ,well I could but it was almost last Year ,and since then there is a daily rate charge to keep the position ,eats away from the cash ,then when it reach's a certain price you cannot adjust position such as lower the stop losses, unless you deposit cash ...Is not great ..An I believe they try to get you'r money if they can ...
