What was the price of Magic shares before today? investors are paying 50.08 ,,,for new shares on Magic ,and I believe is what Yolo is getting for them??? and so go down 18% ,,,

Which rat ? would you care to explain? magic is magic ,Yolo is an Investors there ,and decided now to sell some shares to the new funders there ..Where is the problem??.
