My advice is to perhaps also consider slope instability and flood risk on the title, any debt, health of timber, watertightness of roof, insulation, window glazing, heat pump, age of wiring and pipes, is the bank willing to give mortgage, etc. You know, costs and risks. The fact is, we have been repeatedly misled by the CEO. There's no DFS yet, no permits, no finance, no offtakes yet. Just more suggestions that that WILL come, same as before, and the common sense assessment that the longer the train is delay the less must be left to wait. Unfortunately it doesn't work like that.

Somehow every bottom brings in a few new names opportunistically buying in the ramping the hell out of the stock as if they knew everything with absolute certainty and all blue sky and according to heist movie master plan that none of the long term holders actually get. These are usually joined by some medium term holders in denial who secretly hope the ramping will work.

They are most likely irritated by the continuous blue sky reports by the positive-brigade amid the continuous lack of progress and associated share price decline in a trend than basically goes back years now, on the back of factual lies of the CEO.
