The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Confidence and no insider knowledge, so close to purported updates, after a forced delay of the original DFS date? Positive, sure, but also stinks of more delays. They won't announce anything for a while. KC thinks he did an interview so he's good until Christmas.
KC, while generally quite invisible, did repeatedly suggest that EMH is involved in driving stuff. DFS, offtakes, funding discussions. It's not a great defense to say "what else should have he done when that's not actually the case". For one, state it. Clarify that EMH's value proposition is it's retained 49% investment in Geomet, then just keep updating the market on developments, their impact on the risk and reward and timelines (actual, not imaginary). This may have put retail off, but it would have allowed KC to retain his integrity and credibility as a CEO, something that's quite valuable for institutions that'll ultimately drive the price of this share. So I do think KC is simply incompetent and we need a reset with institutions by replacing him who starts talking and the things the way they really are.
Great to see the volume picking up a bit. Clearly the incoming buys take advantage of the doom and gloom atmosphere created here - which wouldn't be possible without such a "great and honest" management.
Anyhow, Leonbot seems to be out of step.
