Allow BELL to go into administration and take the patents and product into private hands refinanced with shareholders wiped out?!

Must be imminent. On 12th Sept the company said “ If the Fundraising does not proceed as set out above in the next few days the Company will be unable to meet its immediate cash requirements”.

9 days on “a few days” must have run out!!

, Genip and LUCY had all floated within at least a year or more why has Cliff sent the begging bowl round as follows:-

Nov 2024 - £1 million, Jan 2025 £500K, Feb 2025 £2.3 million, June 2025 £1.25 million.

If the business model is so great why did he need to raise any funds when he could have monetised on the back of initial enthusiasm for each company. Hell no, he raises from the market depressing the share price each time and meantime the investments in the IPO companies have shrunk. Another raise Im afraid is due in next month or so given that BELL looks worthless now and the others seem to have frittered the value away.

Guident could (but it has been said before they were going to IPO and not happened yet) have some real value but no guarantee at all that will translate into Cliff giving investors in TEK some of it. No special dividends in years. Not looking like that is changing anytime soon.

I have dipped in and out of here as it can be a small trading stock. However as for big gains where has it ever performed? There has always been the promise of special dividends but never one has been paid. Let’s look at the companies since IPO.

BELL - suspended and on brink of administration

LUCY - not exactly setting world alight and competitors catching up fast.

SALT - from last trading update looks to me that another fundraise coming when you see they burnt through £2 million of the Feb placing leaving £900k and delays in some orders. RNS said so “ Gross cash as at 30 June 2025 was US$0.9m (31 December 2024: US$0.3m) following the fundraising of US$2.9m (before expenses) in February 2025. The key movement in H1 2025 was a $1.2m investment in inventory to meet expected much higher sales orders in H2 2025, albeit as detailed further below, there will be some delays in new product formulations due to the US FDA's focus on the elimination of petroleum-based food colourings alongside existing low sodium initiatives. Accordingly, H2 2025 cash utilisation will be much lower than that incurred in H1 2025.

Genip - too early to call.

So Guident is being hailed as the holy grail but on the evidence of what TEK do they have never monetised any of the listings for the benefit of long suffering shareholders. No mention anywhere that on IPO the company will be looking at paying a special dividend to shareholders.

Plus Cliff continues to send the begging bowl round as and when, what has happened to all our stakes in these companies and maximising shareholder returns in TEK.

As others have said it’s better to invest direct in the IPO company if you believe in their valuation and prospects. I can’t see TEK changing its spots and paying any special dividends and round in circles it goes with the odd spike in share price followed by drift down again and more raises.

Good luck if you honestly believe the future will be different.

Petit - agree with your analysis of the finance officer and hence I sense why she is going.

But amidst the carnage of the RNS just a thought.

The new CEO has an admiral reputation built over 25 years. He wouldn’t take up a role at a completely duff company.

So he does the classic and ‘kitchen sinks’ the past with this news but interestingly Tues his new hand to what he thinks about the potential of the groups assets hence the RNS comment “ The Board continue to believe that there is value in the Group's assets and therefore development plans for both Eroxon Intense and WSD4000 continue to progress”.

The Board now includes him at the helm. My view is he has hot rid of the bad news of the past regime and come a week Tuesday when the results are out he will have something to announce as to his way forward.

At this price I think investors could do very nicely following the new broom. Nuclear option would even be selling all the assets, having a pile of cash as a cash shell and inject an unlisted pharma into FUM. If anyone can see the future for this company it’s this experienced guy rather than the previous jokers.

In view of the reduced operating cash flow outlined above, the ongoing review of the business has been broadened to consider a range of potential options to create shareholder value including but not limited to alternative partnering/licensing and distribution arrangements for Eroxon alongside Eroxon Intense and WSD4000. This may include the sale of one or more assets of the business. The Board continue to believe that there is value in the Group's assets and therefore development plans for both Eroxon Intense and WSD4000 continue to progress”.

Alex Duggan is a smart cookie. Tells it as he found the company BUT look at what he says he is going to do about it for the benefit of shareholders……

Trouble is we have heard it all before with each IPO and where has the sp gone but down and no special dividends and indeed fund raises. Another false dawn!

For years TEK has been spinning the line that we would IPO the portfolio of companies and special dividends would be forthcoming.

To date not a single dividend, share price still low, BELL on brink of administration and no sign the other IPO’d companies going to oblige either. This ‘maybe’ Guident ipo could be just another smoke and mirrors. Just saying in case new investors think this co. Is the golden child!

Med - yes they got a waiver so no requirement to bid.

Sure is cat. Going to be very interesting what new CEO has made of it all and potentially some good money to be made.

Whilst the NCI collaboration news is FAB (excuse the pun) I think bigger pharma are going to circle and want in if not to take us out at a far higher price as Adrian said in a previous presentation. They won’t bother licensing they will just buy us out. What price? Multiples of where we are at.

Interesting to see if US investors want a piece of the action this afternoon.

The RNS we dreamed of and now landed! All nicely timed ahead of investor presentations today and further in Belfast.

Validation that the hugely valuable Optimal is exceeding expectations and the US NCI therefore wants in to continue using it but now on commercial basis I sense hence the negotiations.

Big pharma meanwhile will be peeking their ears up looking at tiny market cap and looking at how valuable our portfolio is.

Love the bit about this successful work leading to treating some of the most common cancers!! Having lost my beautiful Sis far too soon to cancer this is one of the reasons I invest in pharma stocks who hold hope for the future.

Look at what happened to Immunapharma just on applying for a patent. They trebled on the news. We have US patent in place and now this news. Wakey Wakey market. This is HUGE.

FY 2025 a great year for FAB

Optimal is clearly the go to platform generating a lot of interest.

Cash flow positive a question of time with mention of the FDI work driving more growth.

Overall CEO happy to be taking shares even at this higher price as his bonus and you can sense the excitement of what is coming with Optimal launch but also other strands too.

No wonder folk loading up.

Any one know how much TEK still own of BELL?

Reason I ask is the news from BELL looks like they could go into administration in next few days unless they get emergency funding. If bad news TEKs value in BELL will be wiped out.

The buyout firm not interested and have therefore walked away. Now last chance saloon in getting a finance deal within daupys or administration. Looks very bleak to me.

Cash runway runs out in mid October.

Going to recapitalise if shareholders approve at the meeting on Monday.

If agreed, will almost immediately raise money in a placing.

Don’t know - at what price that happens. Heavily diluted, about the new market rate post Monday, at a premium to share price.

As they strapped for cash but have great products my take is II’s supporting the raise will want a tasty discount then make nice money as news flows. For transparency, was invested, then concerned at slow roll out of great products leading to cash squeeze. Think there is a story here but waiting for fog to clear. Good luck all if you already riding this.

Tiny market cap covered entirely by cash just raised. Entrepreneurs now in charge with significant skin in the game. News flow should come thick and fast now and opportunity to get in at ground floor here before imminent take off.
