As I posted the credibility of the management is on the line here. The price continues to fall and money will be needed imho. They can’t raise unless the price is above 10p.

The market does not buy into the potential and figures here. Unless there is a change in management I fear the company is in a virtual cycle of decline.

Only express as seen so many companies following a route on aim.

Zak Mir last chart update was once 60p broken its a line up to 140p. Good news just going to keep coming.

Having been an investor here I have sold up when above 10p (the last placing price). For all the sales/business being reported it doesn’t appear to translate into profits. More funds will be needed to develop the business yet the floor for raising is 10p.

I think the webinar was hoping to get the price above that to secure further funding and it has failed thus far hence the price weakness. Looks to me that this may retrace to the 5p mark.

Not saying it may not come good but it does feel like the CEO’s credibility is being tested and the market is not buying into the messages being put out.

I wish you all well but as dragons den would say......I’m out! If I sense a change of management..........I’m in.

Got a stock market listing
Tiny microcap company mostly debt free
Properties to sell to raise more cash
Change business to vertical agriculture which is huge new industry.
Serial entrepreneur buying up large stake to make it happen with other deals too.

Result .......share price multi bags hence I’m here. Good luck all. Still seems very very cheap for this scenario.

Zak Mir chart analysis stated that if we finish holding 9p which it has then trend line is up to 15p rising to upper trend of 20p.

Think fund raise will be at circa 10p. Sold out when started to drift from 19p as clue was there that not straightforward.

Will wait for the drift back down to about 8-10p then start buying again. Long term a good prospect but they will need funds first for extra trial etc. One day good but other short/ medium term opportunities elsewhere. Good luck with your decisions. See you back here in a few months

Andre....... I agree the market only just waking up to a micr cap company doing a deal with a whale in the industry. This is a truly massive deal and no wonder folks scrambling to get in. Should multibag just on this news alone let alone any further announcements.

Looks to me to have the classic hallmarks of a cash shell being created. Serial entrepreneur Chris Akers buys circa 7% stake, ceo has 13% skin in the game. Paid most debt off, properties to be sold to raise more cash and move company into something completely different and exciting. Change name of company to reflect new adventure and consolidate shares.

The time to be in is now before the herd arrives realising at micro share price cap at moment this will multi bag in advance of the action. Just my musings but have done very well over the years in such situations. Good luck all.....Any thoughts on that?

Agree trading lad. Been just steadily hoovering up shares as when the news comes folk will be going 'I wish id bought when it was only 10.5p' .

Plenty of potential news both before or to coincide with the AGM.

1. Bellascura getting FDA approval for ventilator that will revolutionise treatment of conditions including those caused by Covid and other respiratory conditions.

2. Bellascura plans for listing on the market in autumn creating significant value for TEK.

3. Solarius producing sales figures for the low sodium multi billion dollar snack market they are now selling in.

4. Solarius announcing deals with the big food manufacturers who we understand are trialling their salt product.

5. Lucyd listing on the market too?

6. What price Amazon or Apple teaming up with our Guident team for all things autonomous vehicles.

And all at the moment at a tiny 10 million market cap.............Wakey wakey.
