Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Had a good listen to podcast interview.
As big a hint as he could give without over stepping the mark was that the big players (Newcrest, Greatland (now enriched with huge big pocket investor) are all around our acreage and chats are had in the bars in Perth.
Bidding war for our acreage coming up or a joint venture is my take on the hints.
Cheap as chips for the other hint ‘exciting’ developments to come!
Loading up more Monday as action close imho. Well worth a close listen.
Sounds good Agri. I think also there is a chance that BELL will update the market on progress in manufacturing especially with the work going on in China to expedite the products for the huge demand.
Either way BELL on the up and we’ll deserved and TEK going to shine too.
Showing that fund raises no longer in equation as a small sell of one of the portfolio of companies is all that’s needed.
Lovely rise in BELL so no reason with all the news coming that we head north again to test the 30’s.
It’s about power and first mover advantage. If Tesla bought Guident out with revolutionary shock absorbers that they could licence to other manufacturers.
Autonomy market as the disruptive delivery/transport market then as Tesla has done you become the disruptive futuristic now company worth mega bucks.
TEK not going to realise this on its own. Shop window for a major to buy this out and make serious money but will be a decent exit for TEK and shareholders.
Impressive guy and impressive high level background.
Clifford always seems to talk about Guident as a possible trade sale and 5ah5 is 5b way I see this going. A major such as Tesla etc will snap this up as it is the future with autonomous deliveries, transport etc.
Only question is when it happens as with a trade sale at the right price will equal a very juicy special dividend here.
Agreed Sea. Microsalt bouncing. So proven to be able to be used without any major changes to manufacturers processes. So that’s all snack ranges, shakers for domestic market, ready meals market etc etc. Massive!
No wonder momentum here picking up again. Cheap as chips with a coating of microsalt whilst wearing my Lucyd lights!
With the below as the top shareholders by percentage in company then what if a corporate raider buys us out, liquidates the stakes in the various companies and does very nicely thank you.
That’s why TEK are going to keep investors sweet with the special dividends. My guess is first one will be near term to prove the intent.
Shareholder list
Entity Percentage Held
Clifford Mark Gross 5.79%
James Robert Kight 5.1%
Royal Bank of Canada* 4.94%
Walker Crips Investment Management 4.30%
Paul Coburn 3.10%
* The family of Nigel Wray maintains a beneficial interest in the shares in the Company held by RBC Trustees (Jersey) Limited.
That was me then! Got another £5k worth. Cheap as chips.
Microsalt going on sale on Amazon soo and into the shops through massive distribution in US plus Guident shocks news today and Lucy etc etc.
Onwards and upwards
So the hint that if any small top ups to funding needed it can be achieved through small sale of shares in one of our companies.
The Guident news on moving from prototype shocks to production is fabulous! Guident and Microsalt are going to blast the doors off in terms of value.
Clear strategy of special dividends as each company reaches milestones and exciting to see what the next companies are going to be under our umbrella.
Markets bottoming out it seems and the value here is outstanding. Loads of short term news coming on multiple fronts by the looks.
Iamrich- spookily enough was researching GGPs huge initial rise. Trading around circa 1.2p they moved in quick time to peak at 36p when they announced the below results which they described as ‘Outstanding drilling results’. RNS with similar and our turn here to multibag x36.
Summary
·; Outstanding, high-grade results from Newcrest's drilling campaign at Havieron significantly extend zones of high-grade mineralisation to the north.
·; Step out drill hole HAD023 intersects high-grade mineralisation 300 metres north of HAD005:
o 107m @ 2.2g/t Au from 656m, including 21m @ 10g/t Au from 665m (HAD023)
·; Newcrest has completed Stage 1 of the Farm-in Agreement (US$10 million in expenditure) and has commenced Stage 2 (additional US$10 million in expenditure).
·; Six drill rigs to remain operational during the Australian summer period (December - March), subject to adverse weather conditions, with a planned two week shutdown over Christmas.
Looking at that picture tweeted again and it is not just veins of potential gold but blooming Greta chunks and at lower depth then GGP’s I believe.
Wakey wakey market. This is heading for an even better reaction than GGP!
