Aw gotcha. One thing that I took away from it after thinking about it was that it was a “desperate” “rampy” podcast. Therefore in a way you could take away an air of confidence and dispel any rumours/worry of placing/financing as it wasn’t a purposell pumpy release to try and further inflate the price.
