I was surprised Seadog5 that brazil seemed to be purposely left out of the rns as if you go to any of their linkedin pages, both employees and company brazil is mentioned with all.

I have been thinking about it since reading that article and it is a defensive move. I think their plan is just to take a controlling stake to stop anyone else taking them. So yes in a way taking out the competition or any potential competition if someone else was sniffing around them. Shrewd move.
