I don’t see how it is a resounding “no” when asos has such a presence in Indian manufacturing meaning lower tariffs on the clothes produced. So cost of sale potentially down means margins up.

Don’t know the ins and outs of the trade deal but having a further look asos look like they are one of the best placed to benefit here. They have a strong presence on https://www.ajio.com/s/asos-5604-62011?query=:relevance&classifier=intent with over 10,000 items. Boohoo next Zara etc don’t sell on here.

Asos importing from India is very high as mentioned. Had a look and the likes of primark, boohoo etc rely much more heavily on China and Bangladesh for manufacturing.

Looks good for asos then compared to competition if it means they can sell cheaper to India than competition and import cheaper.

Given that he is adamant to stay over 29% it is clear he isn’t planning on reducing his stake (selling) by such a deliberate act and clearly sees some value here. See if Mike increases. He’s comfortably over 25% currently so won’t have been affected by the shares in issue

you don’t sell or entertain offers when share price is at a low and business on the low as true value will not be gained. The turn around comes (as per indication) and the value hikes and so will the share price.

That’s an interesting UT at 291. 1% higher than any price today. Was no volume today or yesterday when it dropped over 6% and they tried to pull it back but just no sellers. The free float is ever so tight here. Shorts have shot their load to get this down if you analyse those open that’s the highest they have gone individually. Probably expect a tr1 holder is trying to get order filled but stock so tightly held. Would expect this back over 300 again tomorrow
