Elizabeth Holmes of Theranos sentenced to 11 years in prison for multiple frauds, G Brandon, teller of multiple fables, walking free. What about the requirement for statements to be truthful? Hello, regulators!
"more than our mkt cap thus giving zero value for the remaining circa £10-11m of assets!" A clear indication of what the market thinks of the management. The cash is desperately needed to keep paying the BoD's salaries . And for the haters: I have skin in the company: 660k shares with an average purchase price of over 10p - can't afford to sell. Thanks Ed & Co. And while management will no doubt bask in the glory of the Leap sales, that should have been sold for several times the money many months ago. At least we have the cannabis to help us over the disappointment.
How about Kwasi Kwarteng as FD?
Well, OvumBoy, can you not see that Mr Ed's NAV assessment was total garbage? And that the share price has gone down the toilet? Every chat site seems to have fan boys: I came across the most passionate love-making to Mr G Brandon of DeepVerge. That character eventally had to resign after wild ramping, crazy forecasts and losing the company 95% of its 2021 valuation. When does Mr Ed have the decency to run off with his cannabis plants? I wonder if all this is legal. I don't blame you fan boys (and the ones who, as you put it, "play" at Telegram (with a bucket and spade in a sand pit?) but for Directors to be so irresponsible should, imo, not go unpunished. FYO: I am not being paid by anyone to air my criticism, this is another slur which fan boys like to use.
Turner Pope are getting a lot of criticism but: - I am with Hargreaves L. (but possibly not much longer!) who were totally unhelpful but TP offered to facilitate an account with AJ Bell and the broker order at no cost to me. Lucky as I am with DVRG, I missed TP's email which came in at 9 p.m. on Sunday and thus no placing shares. I expect if GB remains with the company share price will be below 2p quite soon so I not crying. Still, have to defend Turner Pope who were very friendly and tried their best to help. Yes, they were wildly optimistic but weren't we all? Who could have known what Brandon and Glover would get up to?
The enthusiastic posts from the fanboys are truly amazing. The only thing more stupid is myself: I recognised the incredibly poor management yet did not sell (yes, T-Rattie, I still have a shedload of DVRG). The company's products appear to be first class but - what numpties would have signed up to the finance deal which is now putting the company in dire jeopardy? GB has proved himself to be either totally dishonest in his forecasts or a deluded fantasist, Camillus who as FD should have smelt the sxxt of the financing deal from a mile off has always struck me as dynamic as a wet sock and the marketing effort is unbelievably ineffective Who but total amateurs would ignore the need for cashflow, especially when deadlines threaten. . Who but us poor fools has heard of DVRG??? The prestigious appointment at the Football World Cup should have made the main news and the company should have been featured in major newspapers, not just the West Donegal Bugler or suchlike. Now here we are, in desperate need of cash but - who would inject cash into this money drain (lots of lovely jobs for Seamus and Siobhan) when it may be bust within days or weeks and probably ready for someone to pick up from the liquidators for buttons? Or perhaps GB will pick it up for virtually nothing. Wouldn't that suit him nicely? OK, TRat, ready for the accusations and insults, bring it on. Yes, I admit I have been stupid. But perhaps GB will come and save us all - oh wait, I see Santa's Sled and a squadron of flying pigs.
"You must be located in Ireland to continue with this submission form. Therefore this field is not editable and should say IE/Ireland."
Rat-Man! Just to quickly address the personal insult. Not been called dishonest before, POS in business = point of sale. If, as I suspect, it is meant to stand for a biological waste product it shows that, like all thugs and idiots, you have advanced from facts (of which you have not addressed a single one) and arguments to insults, devoting yourself to the substance on which the vile vermin feeds after which you have named yourself. Do yourself and DVRG a favour and do so in the privacy of your own room, cell or sewer. The END.
Where is the contradiction? I sold some then and bought some back later. Not unusual. DVRG comes out with positive statements, then...not a lot of delivery - measured against what it should be delivering based on GB's statements. Not afraid of an argument, Rattie but there is no point arguing with a zealot. So I'll be happy to let you have the last word, go on, I shan't reply.
Rattie. Please, please, explain the "incredibly simple" thing I need to do. Also, how, in your eyes, facts turn to bluster? Or just bathe in the glory that is DVRG. I would be happy with a proper (realistic!) business plan, cost control and a return on my investment. Isn't that why we're here? Worship belongs in a church, temple or Comic-Con.

We can argue about real price after the consolidation until GB runs out of his loan facility...at his normal run rate that may not be all that long. I bought some as low as 0.8p, then allowed myself to be seduced by GB's boasts to pay more than 20p for additional shares.
I cannot understand how you fanboys cannot face up to the dreadful, shocking bluster put out by your great hero - and the substantial losses which many investors have suffered. I paid >20p for shares which now hover around 12p. According to Hargreaves Lansdown, my ISA is showing -55.8% for DVRG at the close today, my SIPP a mere -43.18%. That is fact, turn it any way you like. How did the CEO get away with blowing the shares up to 69p with promises of BT in "pretty well everywhere" in Q1/21 and the JV with CR (6/21, then 12/21). Where are they? BTW, have I missed a proper P&L and cashflow forecast or are we to pray for a miracle? Strange that only GB and the fanboys have the share price right but the whole of the stock market is wrong (can't say misguided, been there). I still think MW and STC/Labskin may come good, but is it not time for GB to do something for his share holders...like tell them what is really going on?
Glebewhite - "You have lost nothing unless you sell" - that is true but also total BS. Any enterprise of any kind is valued on an ongoing basis. My own shares, 312,500 of them, some bought at 0.8p and more in the twenties around GB's Sept 2020 bombastic, empty and misleading forecasts, are deep under water. If they were placed as collateral, or needed to be sold, there is little chance of getting double figure pricing for them. Lets's remember that they are really only 1.2p. So while GB has created lots of lovely jobs there is nothing but pain for shareholders, debt, dilution and lofty claims, ideas but no profit or a credible action plan. China Resources and the squid head anyone? ok, fanboys, I am ready to receive your hatred / derision.

Nice display of naive thinking, NU. Why don't Gresham buy Helium's shares? I bet the Gresham guys have a hard enough job explaining why they paid such a very high price for the ones they hold.
What's the point in risking Covid in an enclosed space on a train (no GC Halo Covid-killing filters installed yet) when I have not had a straight answer from GB yet? More Münchhausen-esque hyperbole? I allowed myself to be suckered into DV with talk of gold standard and BT everywhere, watched the awful presentation send the share price tumbling from the ramped 69p to somewhere around 30 (I stupidly only sold a few thousand at 60p), then bought more in the twenties, doh! Mea culpa, I should have known better. At least I didn't waste more money on a train ticket.
80 staff and tiny turnover. Staff = overhead until orders come in. Could we finally see revenue exceed the annual cash burn rate? Now that would be something to shout about, not a little Fiat van which nobody seems to be buying. And with the massive lockdown in China, why is the China Resources deal (a year overdue) not happening when it could give China a fast tool to aid discovery? Does the "gold standard" kit not work? And remember Microtox BT was going to be pretty well everywhere in Q1/21...according to the great Irish storyteller whose forecasts I believed. So where is the progress, Mr Brandon - or does DV just like to build empires and burn cash? I hope it is not a UK/Irish Theranos. 366,000 shares I own (all paid for at market price, not warrants) and I am crying (well, actually more seething).
Market cap as a multiple of turnover, well, that would be nice. I have no idea how many paying subscribers STC has, does anyone have that figure? But here's a couple to ponder: Android has 2.8 billion active users, Google Play Store shows more than 500 downloads for the app. That means less than 1000. A query to DVRG whether that could possibly be right remains unanswered. People like to see that apps have lots of users. STC does not hit the mark. Going to trade shows is all very well but: it costs money, where is the payback? Where are the mighty Media Monks?
Hi, hopefully the turnaround time should come down with more staff, dedicated facilities and experience. If it's any comfort, I had my full 30x medical grade genome done by Nebula Genomics in the USA and that took over 7 months.
Guys, really! This is where you are supposed to discuss matters relevant to SEED, not to discuss your breakfast, holidays or bowel movements. Get a grip. Anyone have anything to say about the IPO of Leap which was due to be initiated a year ago? Perhaps Mr Ed might like to jump in here?
