I see people are still ramping the crap out of this one still, just the names are different.
I have just looked back at the ramping in the past three weeks at folk convincing others this was going over 2p , even to 5p .
Well....it never made the 2p then and I doubt it will any time soon.

A pretty good and honest summary muggins. At least the blatant untruths ramping has stopped.
Genuinely hope it comes good for you all , I just hate to read bullish*t on any share. It's easier to tell the truth , that way you don't need filter the people who challenge with fibs with facts.

Tried to buy these through IG today , got a quote etc but went to execute and a window popped up telling me this is unsuitable for Europenan clients , phone us?

We all know they have the technology but nobody seems to want to buy it from what I have gathered over the past two years.
I suspect a placing would be at .5 of a penny if one were to happen.
It would seem to me from past experience this company is finding all the more difficult to raise finance from anywhere .

Sadly Suhail has no answer , because the questions asked to all the campers here are very difficult to answer so they just run away.
In fact they say filtered.
In other words , they have no intention of helping new investors by answering genuine bearish questions.
It's all positive spin , get the positive links , 1p to 10p in a flash nonsense.
The fella that is acting as SuhailM3471 is a really bad example of the ramping model .
Believe me , these guys are out on the spike. Check riddler on xsg , never been seen since the spike.
Not a problem with that at all , but just ask yourself why these guys are sucking you in.

The question was: What will happen to the SP should the sale fail to happen?

The answer from a poster with a name exactly the same as yours replied: the sp will probably stay the same.

I asked the SuhailM3471 at the time how that could be ? If the sale didn't go ahead how would the company fund itself?

It was a fair and relevant question which din't get an answer.

I don't give two hoots if people filter me because they don't like the questions , but all I have asked and posted is relevant info and honest questions.

I have never had a plausible answer yet.

Yet the SP flounders and the news is still no forthcoming from the company.

I'd be pretty seething had I taken part in the open offer @ 25p , only for the BOD to sell that cash raised for 19.21.

It would appear we are just waiting for the fat lady then. Is it two weeks for a counter bid ? I read somewhere on here any counter bid had to be within two weeks , is that correct?
If so Friday is two weeks and barring a no vote that's surely it?
I cannot see a no vote happening.

Don't forget...according to one poster if the asset sale doesn't happen the sp will stay about the same.
Be warned , if the sale doesn't happen this will collapse big style.

Why do people suggest the PI has been shafted when we are only holding some of the shares? Surely everyone has been shafted except the buyer.

Everyone is free to sell whenever they see fit , it's not compulsory on a BB post. Just my opinion anyway , I could be way off the mark which wouldn't be unusual for me.

Forget the PI fightback , it's a total waste of time and energy without big backers.
If there is no discontent next week from the II's , just move on and feel very aggrieved at being shafted by the rich spivs , as per f'kin usual.

Just look at the massive corporate scandals that have been carried out and got away with over the years, some illegally , and then ask yourself is it worth the effort and worry for probably nothing.

I should do plenty of research here bunsen before the leap. Look for the sales especially , and especially over the past two years. Look at the cash raised , how much it raised and how much they actually wanted to raise. Look to why they are selling the assets.
Do plenty of due diligence before investing here and good luck.

I would ask why why why did they agree to sell at 19.21? If it's not a fire sale , why have they not said sorry but that's undervaluing us so we'll just walk away and grow us some more?
