Does anyone know whether this is still in the BOD's plans? I would assume that following consolidation that a further reduction of the number of shares in issue (do I remember correctly that it was up to 15%?) would increase the value of those remaining. Please correct me if I've got any of this wrong,

BS, which bit of the following plain English re you finding particularly difficult to grasp? 'a court ruled that the misleading of auditors by a company was not an offence under English law.' How do you read 'English law' as meaning 'that particular offence'? Desperation creeping in methinks.

The Telegraph reported on 10th November 2015.: "The SFO has dropped its case against Olympus, two years after charging the company with making false and misleading financial statements. The regulator (sic) was forced to give up its prosecution after a court ruled that the misleading of auditors by a company was not an offence under English law....Only an individual can be prosecuted for the offence."

Of relevance to us QPP shareholders. I just read this on another board, with respect to the original poster.
