I agree with you, I didn’t actually say that both phase 3 trials had to be shown to be successful before SNG takes off mate.

Thank you for your very clear, and concise post. Scaling up will not be a problem, we just have to be patient and await the outcomes of the two phase 3 trials.
Covid is, unfortunately, going to be around for many years to come, and many therapeutics will be required to treat the millions of people who will get infected, SNG, will, (providing of course that our phase 3 trials are, as most of us believe, a success) either, via a partnership or alone, develop into a bigger and more profitable company, or, be taken over by one of the big players. Either way phase 3 success will provide a substantial increase in the SP, and more importantly, will save many lives.
Good luck to all fellow investors.

Your post is spot on mate, as usual you have captured the situation in a clear, concise and succinct manner.
I too am sitting it out here.

The concern is that WRES will not be able to produce enough to repay the debt, (we need to be able to show that we have sufficient income from sales to furnish the debt, in order to be able to refinance at a more reasonable rate) many long term holders here like me, believe that we will produce enough not only to survive but to make a profit, however there are those that think otherwise and several people post constantly negative comments on this board, and other boards, most, if not all of whom, have stated that they are not invested here, which makes it difficult to understand why they post at all, and why in some cases they post many times a day.
The truth is that no one on this board knows what will happen, what will be will be, I believe that we will succeed, and that we will hit our or at least get close to hitting our production targets, but time will tell.
Numis had/have a target of £9.90 that they published in May 21

It’s interesting that you should say that, as it’s my understanding that Jesus has performed miracles.

Directly from the half year report :-
“Blackrock Financial Management Inc. ("BlackRock") continues to show its support for W with regard to agreeing Payment in Kind ("PIK") payments for several quarterly interest payments. The Company and BlackRock are finalising an amendment agreement to allow payment of interest by PIK for the February, May, August and at W Resources' option, the November 2021 interest payments. Under the agreement a number of warrants of W Resources will be issued for the 2021 PIK payments. Once the amendment to the agreement has been finalised the Company will update the market on the number of warrants to be issued.“

It’s already been RNS’d that we will be issuing warrants to blackrock for the first 3 x quarter interest payments, and at our (WRES’s) choice the 4th quarter if we so wish. I suspect that it will depend on what our production and earnings are up until the 4th quarter as to wether we issue warrants or pay them cash.

I’m sorry to hear that mate. I am unfortunately aware of other shareholders who have had to sell some at a significant loss in order to fund unexpected issues. It’s just the time that it’s taking, Covid has caused delays, flooding has caused delays, and unfortunately there have also been some issues with improving production that have been within the companies control.
2022 should be the year when things finally come good for WRES and the shareholders, hopefully ! Fingers crossed ;-)

He didn’t seem to be concerned about the situation in fact he seemed quite happy with how things are going. My guess is that he knows a good deal more than the naysayers who spout uninformed nonsense on here, (most of which fortunately, curtesy of the filter button, I don’t read and only gather snippets about when others respond)
Blackrock I am sure, are still fully supportive, they like the rest of us would have been disappointed with Septembers figures, but as they have a permanent place on the board they will have been fully aware of the situation, and would hardly have offered to allow payment via warrants for 3/4, or, at WRES’s choice, 4/4 of the years interest unless they still believe that the company will come good.
We will get there, it’s just frustrating how long things are taking ;-)

The devil is in the detail, and it would appear to me that he is clearly at work today, fortunately we have the filter button at our disposal and it’s use is most gratifying, as I don’t have to bother reading nonsense.
As for storm warnings, it’s dry in Extremadura today and the next forecast rain is only showers and not until Tuesday of next week !
At last some good news I look forward to Regua starting production in H2 next year, in the meantime let’s hope that la parilla production continues to increase significantly. ;-)

This company has been enough to try the patience of a saint mate.
But, we have increased production quarter on quarter so far this year, and, if we hadn’t been receiving monthly production figures we would not have known that September was a worse month than August, we would just have seen that Q3 was higher than Q2, and been told that we had some operational issues with the power plant etc. In this regard I feel that sentiment was dampened more as a result of having monthly figures.
We have been EBITDA positive in August and September, even with the problems we had, so, providing that they have, or will shortly, sort out the problems at la parilla, and considering that the licences in Portugal are due to be issued shortly, I am encouraged to believe that 2022 will indeed be transformational mate, fingers, and indeed after all this time, toes crossed !

I was waiting well before 2020 for this to come good mate, I’ve seen many false dawns ! That said I believe that you may be correct about 2022, it should be a transformational year ;-)
Unless I could sell at a profit ;-)
I certainly agree that we could do with some good news !

Tin is $38,725 mid market mate, that’s 68.36% higher than the Shard forecast ;-)
Kev
We certainly have been unlucky ! But, things change and if we finally start to push towards nameplate production and as a result are able to refinance, then even the long term holders with averages 5 - 10 times the current SP will see a profit in a year or so, here’s hoping ;-)
