Don’t get mad - get even.

He posted abuse and he posted provably misleading comments.

He couldn’t answer the post that I made with the link to the FCA rules on threshold reporting, so he did not respond, what he did do was to respond on threads where he hoped to have complaints made that would then result in the whole thread being removed - which would have included honest and fair posts, the way to best him and those like him is to understand the way that they work and be better at the game than they are, as I said, don’t get mad - get even.

That’s why I copied and pasted my post regarding Byron Pirola onto differently titled posts, so that they could still be read even if and when other threads were removed as a result of complaints.

Given that the individuals abusive and misleading comments have been removed, it would seem that the LSE administrators have recognised the nastiness and the attempted manipulation.

Hopefully a ban will ensue, preferably a permanent ban.

Byron Pirola is no longer a director of WRES, however as he crossed below the 5% level when he reduced his holdings from 5.18% to 4.45% he had to issue a TR-1, or at least that’s what I have read on the FCA website, a link for which I posted a short while ago.

Should he continue to sell (which I doubt) and should he cross below 4% he will need to issue a further TR-1 as he also would if he subsequently crossed below 3%.

Byron Pirola, sold 48,910,000 shares, it would have been over a number of days but has to be reported once a threshold has been crossed, which obviously happened today.

He has retained 4.45% of the companies shares, which amounts to 298,150,000, which means that he still owns 8 times the amount of shares that I own, so, I’m certainly not worried because he has sold approx 14% of his holding to realise circa £70k, he may have wanted / needed the cash out of his pension for many different reasons, so what it’s his money.

Whilst I agree that our PR is dreadful This is what I posted earlier and is a true comparison of the SP of both companies, VAST, prior to the very recent rise has not outperformed WRES:-

In September 2015 VAST hit a 2.05p high, in the same month WRES hit a 82p high.

VAST had a low of 0.14p a few weeks ago and as we know WRES had a low of 0.95p at pretty much the same time.

Our time will come 6 weeks to what will hopefully be a set of far better quarterly production figures ;)

I’m a pragmatic person, things have not been good and the SP is currently a pain in the you know what, but, things are more likely to significantly improve than not, I remember MM saying that the ramp up would take at least 9 months, and when you factor in the upgrades and rectifications that he has had to do and the pandemic if we hit full production by the end of the year we will have done ok in my view.

An operating loss of just under €3 million last year, was less than I was expecting - so, not so bad.

As for the future, it is important that we at least exit the June quarter with a significantly increased level of production, if we do this and hit full production by the end of the year, and if course presuming that tungsten and tin prices remain at profitable levels, we will finally see some rewards.

It would be good to get Regua up and running over the next 6 months as that coupled with full production at la parilla, will give us a really good starting position for 2021

By far the majority of long term holders are still here and still believe that WRES will come good mate, the 2nd quarter figures due in mid July will give us a good indication of how much progress we are making, if we can exit the quarter at circa 80% production levels, then we will be fine mate, and there is no reason why this can’t be achieved.

All of the big holders I personally know and have met, are in this for the long term, la parilla needs to be the focal point for the company right now, but once sorted we have two other tungsten mines and in the long term the gold.
