It’s not surprising that atlas have taken the opportunity to convert more of their loan given the ridiculously low SP and the month on month increasing production, they will make a significant profit from the shares they now own.

A lot of the trades shown as sells this morning are buys mate, different market makers have had different buy and sell prices, the mid market price is only an average with some market makers quoting above and some below.

Ignore the silly comments posted by the usual suspects, they know nothing ;-)

I can now buy on Lloyd’s for 0.1345 and sell at 0.13 mate.

I still believe that WRES will stay in the 0.11 - 0.15 range until we get the 4th quarter results but I suspect we may be at the top end of that range before we get the results.

Lloyd’s are showing 0.13 to sell and 0.15 to buy the last trade that went through at 8.29 was a sell.

I would be very happy if the SP was so high that all of the warrant holders exercised their rights before 31-12-2020, I just can’t see what news could lead to that happening mate.

Maybe it’s me, but, if for arguments sake yo had warrants to buy 1 million at 0.6p then that would have cost you £6000 whereas at the moment you can buy 1 million on the market at 0.12p which would cost you £1200, or you could buy 5 million for the £6000.

Additionally of course if the warrants are not issued then there is no dilution of your current holding or indeed of anyone else’s current holding.

Have I missed something ?

I suspect that those who hold the warrants are not too disappointed, because although the SP is nowhere near where we would have hoped and expected, at current prices they could buy five times as many shares on the open market for the same amount of money they would have had to pay for the warrants, and with production improving month on month that’s not such a bad thing ;-)

Trolls will be trolls when caught lying they turn nasty, but the truth will always win through.

The 0.6p warrants that were issued on a two for one basis to those who exercised their 0.42p warrants last year, expire on 31-12-2020, so one of two things is going to happen:-

(1) the SP will have gone to or beyond 0.6p by 31-12-2020, or (2) the warrants won’t be taken up.

Now, I may be wrong but I don’t think there’s much chance of the SP being at or above 0.6p by 31-12-2020, so that will mean that the warrants will not be exercised and consequently the overall amount of shares in issue will not increase, which if, you are not a warrant holder, is of course a good thing.

Yet another pathetic attempt to mislead, you know for a troll you really are a bad one, if you are going to post something that I’ve posted then post all of it so that the comments are in context what I actually posted on 27-11-20 was :-

He is a liar, in his last post he stated that I had said that profit was increasing but what I actually posted on 26-11-20 at 12.09 was :-
