W Resources Plc (AIM:WRES), the tungsten, tin and gold mining company with assets in Spain and Portugal, is pleased to confirm that funds managed by the Global Credit Opportunities platform at BlackRock have agreed to increase the existing loan facility provided to W Resources by US$5 million, with no warrants attached. Loan documentation has been executed and funds will be fully drawn this week.

The last piece of the WRES jigsaw that needs to be put in place, is proof that we are producing at or at least very close lose too 200 tons per month, which should happen by June, let’s see what the SP is then mate, because it sure as hell won’t be 0.295p !

1. The tungsten price has been increasing and is currently pretty much at the price point shown within the WRES fid, and is forecast to rise further.

2. Trump is already pulling back on the Chinese trade war, which is no surprise, as he was always likely to want to try and show the American electorate how he has supposedly single handedly forced the Chinese to behave more fairly, before the US election.

3. WRES is forecast to be one of the lowest cost producers in the world.

4. WRES has the most state of art equipment available in the world.

5. WRES has Regua due to come online in 2020.

I could go on with the list but if you are thinking of investing here I am sure you will know the situation, and if you are not then I’m not sure what the point of your post was.

Are you saying that a 6 million trade just went through mate ? If so was it a buy or a sell ?

I think that The interview made it clear that we will get quarterly figures, with the first quarters figures being in January, for the October- December quarter, he also said that there would be month in month increases in production, so I am hopeful that when we get the January- March quarterly figures, in April, that we will be looking at an average of a hundred tons per month for that quarter, and if we do see that level of production the SP will then reflect the much improved positive position.

My guesstimate for April 1.4p

So I reckon that the true mid price is actually 0.295, or at least it is with Lloyd’s

Negotiating with another bank but my guess is that the quicker and easier route was to get the $5 million from BlackRock.

To be honest I’m not surprised, given the drop in the SP (which has occurred despite the fact that volumes have been very low) that any small regional bank would struggle to get their lending team to agree to a price of 0.5 or even 0.4.

But when you think about it a further loan with no warrants attached and no dilution is preferable to another placing, so I am more than happy with today’s announcement.

The SP was at 0.55 in April.

Since then the kit has been fully completed and commissioned, we have obtained sufficient funding to see us through the ramp up period and to get regua advancing, the grant is progressing and due very soon, we are producing, and have now moved to 24 hour production, so, 0.55 is a price that can and will be easily achieved, quite possibly as soon as the December production figures are announced.

So I don’t think you will have long to wait.

Well if you are correct then that’s great the SP will rerate quicker than I expected, anyway my comments show, that on the contrary to what one poster keeps incorrectly saying, I am not a ramper !

My strategy was in fact similar, its just that I started buying over 7 years ago.

At one point I was 95% down, albeit on a far smaller amount of shares than I currently own, but even then I never doubted that WRES would come good and I kept on buying, my latest buy was two days ago when quite a few mainly new posters where posting negative comments.

When we get production and sales news the SP will rise more significantly, however in my view we are likely to need to get the news that we are producing at or very close to the 200 tpm level before we are likely to see the massive rise that is in my opinion inevitable.

Time will tell.

Well done, I suspect your average is well below mine if you’ve been buying regularly over the last few months mate.

Patience is the key here in 12 months time those who have consistently supported the view that WRES will come good will be proven right and will make substantial profits, no matter what any of the naysayers have said.

WRES is not undervalued- it’s massively undervalued mate.

Next year we should see $20 million EBITDA on la parilla alone, if regua comes online then whatever is produced there will be on top of that, WRES’s market cap today is £19 million it is ridiculously low and it’s will not stay there.

3 times the current SP is easily achievable and would only mean a PE ratio of 3 most mining companies are on a PE ratio of somewhere between 5 and 8 !

It is only a matter of time and as I have proven by being invested for more than 7 years I am a patient man.

In 12 months time all of those invested now will be very happy indeed that they held mate.

I have always believed that WRES would come good, and it will, like most long term holders I of course wish that my average was lower, but on the other hand if people had not invested and held shares and then invested more as milestones were reached, the company would not exist, and it’s blatantly obvious that if the PI’s who have large investments were to try and buy their shares now, that the SP would rocket and we would all probably end up probably paying more than what our averages are anyway.

Today’s RNS was very important, we now await the December production and sales figures and providing we sell 25 tons or more we will have proven to be in our way to very large future profits.

All things come to those who wait.

What will substantially move the SP forward is full production, tungsten and tin prices at or above the fid level and proof that we are making substantial profits, of course getting regua up and running as well will be a bonus
