I don’t think the funding has anything to do with the 30th round results as my understanding is the funding will allow for all 30th round licenses bid for to be brought to production of all the bids were successful. if they win it all or nothing it’s irrelevant to the funding being in place from my understanding. I had noticed the results from the 30th state Q2 on the o&g authority, what I couldn’t understand is how a spreadsheet to work out who’d made the best bid for each license could take that long to assemble lol
