I have alot of these in my sipp, obviously disappointed with the share price as i bought a bit higher up but dividends are key for myself so all in all quite happy.

The Company reconfirms that the projected investment receipts from the Company's investment portfolio as at 30 June 2024 are such that even if no further investments are made, the Company expect to be able to continue to meet its existing progressive dividend policyiv for at least the next 20 years.

Decent set of results, like the fact they will go to quarterly dividends next year.

Portfolio company Garrison acquired by Everfox

Congratulations to the Garrison Technology team on the sale of the business to US-based cybersecurity firm Everfox (formerly Forcepoint Federal).

Having first invested in Garrison Technology back in mid-2015, and having supported the business’ growth over several rounds since, we are delighted with this outcome.

We will be receiving cash consideration for our holding in Garrison and while we can’t provide numbers at this point, we can say that the transaction won’t result in a significant change in our Net Asset Value, which reinforces our valuation approach.

Thought the decent thing would have been a trading statement in this morning rns not to put back the directors share options which are due for expiry.

About time they actually put their hands in their pockets and bought some themselves.

This company has to be worth more than what the share price is currently.

New to this share, the £100000 director buy would seem quite a vote of confidence,am i right in thinking this or is it a payment to him in shares?
