Making a killing on this stock, buying at 8p and selling back at 8.5p plus! ,also made a killing on that 3.5mill trade last week.. Tern do not feel the news is price sensitive hence no official RNS , therefore inferring it has no financial value at present to DA, it could well develop into something tangible in revenue terms in the future but they will not say that at present time.

Going through today, it seems it’s more than just a punt by day traders, something going on in background maybe.

It appears this has been pumped by some twitter accounts, one claiming a sp of £1.40 by year end, which will give Tern a market cap of £400million! Anyhow it gave the buckshop the opportunity to dump 3.5mill and MMS to make a good profit on it, you have to wonder if this was orchestrated!

Big buy just gone through, back to the 3s soon!

Kwai year has spoken to Clair Hungate and she is still very positive about BB and he has bought back in but I have not listened to Vox podcast myself.

Hopefully some good news to go into the bank holiday weekend! but agree way oversold.

I thought BB a boring stock, no dramas, cashed up and profit making in a growth sector, had my fill of O&G waiting to see if a drill was successful or not, how wrong was I! In a space of a week CFO sells have his shares and CH walks!

Still plenty of positives and Kate Burns is no mug, so let’s get this back to the 3s at least!

Hi Vitali, I was £24k up 25th March! I have reduced my holding considerably due to what’s go one but still have a decent position here. Agree Kate has to get something out soon but there is still a good cashed up business here, can see it being bought out sooner rather than later but not selling at 1.70p, might at 3.5p, if goes to 1.5p bid will buy another 500k!

Sweepie if they are giving Tern £1.5milion in exchange for shares they can ask to look at what they want! And I would be looking at the accounts at all the business because Tern generate very little income!

Anyhow best of luck with Tern sweepie, they were very good for me last year, hence that`s why I keep an eye on them.

That is not the point sweepie, when they went to the bucket shop for the placing they had to show DA accounts/books and they could see they are not performing,hence they only get 8.5p. DA have been lent $950,000 dollars this year alone to keep the lights on.

But now you can see why placing at 8.5p, DA cannot stand on its own feet financially,3 contracts signed are not material in revenue otherwise they would have been reported sooner, AS had no choice but to loan them the cash,still a long wait, if sp gets to 57p again it’s gives Tern a MC of £140 million!

Directors buy?

Just got mixed up with bid at 1.85p, £10 grand not a huge amount but shows support straight away, think we could see a few more buys this month.Think CH might have sold out, looks like she was fired or more likely quit and I think over share sales by CFO, this after she was all over social media saying how great BB was ! But BB cashed up and with a very experienced CEO who has good corporate links and I think a sale will be quicker with her at the helm, exciting times!

Why would the other shareholders of FVR sell shares to Tern if its worth so much, unless for a large amount, more than 1.5millions if it’s worth what you think sweepie! Also why can they only raise at 8.5p when 6 months ago it was 26p! It was obvious that a bucket shop placing had been arranged with all those 100,000 and 50,000 sales.
