today, another top up for me as well, FDA news this month with interim's which have to be released this month, my bet is going to be good news! Anyhow I think IAQI have a stellar future.

If Tern could increase there percentage to 51% for say £5 million, that is a placing of roughly 60 million shares, i would be ok with that.

If a placing then no lower than 8.5p my guess, bought back in because of FVR more than DA.

We will have news this month about FDA approval, interim's have to be released this month, painful that it has taken so long from the 12/6 but excellent news last week which has not been appreciated by market.

Correct main listing, delayed buy maybe, news got to be close, just FDA approval put to bed and then company can move forward in USA and start to create sales, think next 6-12 months could see real share price appreciation if the get right news, low shares in circulation and low free float.

IB is a private american company and I do not think today's news will attract buyers from USA to buy IQAI shares. What I think it will do is raise the profile of IB which will attract buyers of the company , grant of that size completely validates the tech.

Excellent news, validates IB research/products , also lessens the reliance on IQAI for funding ,IQ AI could be 100-200 million market cap in 2 years if not more.

Think September could be a rich month for news, I cannot believe we will not have FDA approval by end of September, it will be 4 months then!

Franco, it has taken a long time but sp has held up, as per last DS interview cannot see how they will not get it, must be very close now, could be tomorrow! Just need approval so can be put to bed and company can start selling Sc in US.

Just watched interview again over breakfast, David Smith so convincing! Cannot see how they cannot get FDA approval, my guess early September, company primed to move fast into US markets when FDA approval arrives, patience is the key! Boredom the enemy!

David Smith done a proactive interview 31/7 I think when he referred to waiting for FDA approval to waiting for a cheque from the taxman! Company just as frustrated as shareholders waiting for FDA approval because they have Cortek ready to sell software!

Sell or buy it’s in the price now but if a sell surprised because share price carried on being strong into close.

Why would you sell on that news, small fundraiser at 6p to push forward IB, if on the 1st June 2019 we would be told IQAI would have placings at 3.5p and 6p by 6/8/19 most people wound have been over the moon!

Think 50p near term is rather optimistic, long term yes but if it did then I will not complain!
