[MIRA] Announces that it has today raised approximately £1.1 million through a placing of 12,621,688 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each at a price of 8.75 pence each (the "Placing"). The Placing was significantly oversubscribed and has been supported by a combination of existing shareholders and new institutional investors. The Placing follows the recent £1 million fundraising from a large strategic shareholder, also at 8.75 pence. The Placing has been conducted by Daniel Stewart & Company Plc and Peterhouse Corporate Finance Limited. The proceeds of the Placing will be used to finance further growth in Latin America, maintain product investment and seek expansion to other emerging markets. There are over 50 million digital TV subscribers in Latin America and the directors believe the Company's new subscriber-based licence fee model will enable the Company to continue to earn substantial revenues post the launch of a customer's digital TV service. The Company currently has four contracts generating subscriber-based fees and with the revenues being generated at no material cost to the Company, the margin on such subscriber-based fees is almost 100%. mirada continued to make good commercial progress during the first half of the year. The solid growth achieved in the Latin American market in 2012/13, with revenues more than doubling to £3.2 million, has led to a high level of recognition of mirada's products in the region. The Company is now pursuing a number of major opportunities, such as the previously announced paid-for trial with a major digital TV operator for mirada's multi-screen product, iris. The focus on this trial means that first half revenues are likely to be slightly down year-on-year but, if successful, the trial would lead to a major commercial launch in the first half of the next financial year and a step change in group revenues. [WSG] The East African airport prospect which is under a signed MoU continues to progress through the local statutory contract process. It is in very close to final form and awaits certain final procedural formalities. Whilst as ever the timing and final outcome remain uncertain, we remain confident. The airport the subject of the MoU continues to grow and passenger volumes have been increasing which adds further impetus to the requirement to address airport security, and this security need has been raised with the local authorities by the local UK diplomatic presence. Interest has been shown from other parts of Africa and recently the CEO of Westminster visited a Southern African state as a guest of its President to discuss airport security initiatives and we have had further interest shown from other countries in this region. These recent developments mean Westminster is now in discussions with airports and other managed services prospects throughout East, West and Southern Africa. Furthermore this model is proving of interest outside of Africa and we have received interest regarding airports in Asia, South America and Europe. We believe that the high growth of air traffic and increasing security requirements creates a strong macro-economic backdrop for our managed services offering. In addition to airport projects Westminster are also in discussions for a further managed services project for a significant port in Africa as well as receiving enquiries from airlines for additional security services in other parts of Africa. This week Westminster is exhibiting at the Transport Security Expo in London. Transport Security Expo has been the leading event for global heads of Aviation, Maritime, Counter Piracy, Public Transport and Supply Chain Security for the past 10 years. Designed to deliver clarity to the complex task of protecting Passengers, cargo and high risk assets from those intent on doing harm, Transport Security Expo is the world's most established event in this arena and there has been strong interest in Westminster's stand. A measure of the increasing international profile, reputation and footprint of Westminster was also demonstrated when Westminster Aviation Security Services ('WASS'), part of the Group's Managed Services Division, was recently honoured with an International Achievement Award at the Security Excellence Awards 2013 presented on the 23rd October 2013 at the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, London. The award recognises a UK company that has realised an outstanding achievement or improvement in international sales or exports, or has otherwise been instrumental in a significant security application or project outside of the UK. Finally the West African airport contract signed in 2012 is progressing smoothly. Passenger volumes are increasing with existing carriers adding flights as well as new airlines commencing services. We expect this trend to continue and note that an improved security environment (as recognised by ICAO and major airlines) has been a significant factor in increasing traffic.

[PEG] Awarded a contract worth over £7 million by the Ministry of Defence (MOD) for the supply and support of secure radio equipment for the RAF. The contract is for the replacement of the RAF's entire current Secure Management Radio Equipment (SMRE) capability. The purpose of SMRE is to allow Air Traffic Control at RAF bases to direct the safe movement of vehicles and personnel on the airfield manoeuvring area. It is also used in a secondary role to provide direct communication between Air Traffic Control and those in an airfield support role such as guards, medical personnel, re-fuelling and fire crews. The project, the bulk of which will be delivered over the next 15 months, includes a contract to provide maintenance and support to SMRE over a ten year period until November 2023 with the option to extend that support contract by a further five years. Petards Chairman Raschid Abdullah said; "We are absolutely delighted to have been awarded this contract by the MOD with whom we have a long established relationship in the provision and support of mobile radio systems. I believe that our success in securing this business is clear recognition of Petards' expertise, experience and service in the telecommunication field."

[MTV] 100% owned subsidiary, Motive Television Services Limited ("Motive Services") has signed two new contracts with KREA İÇERİK HİZMETLERİ VE PRODÜKSİYON ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Digiturk"), the largest satellite pay television platform in Turkey. The contracts both have an initial term of one year and renew automatically unless terminated/cancelled. Under the new licensing agreement, Digiturk may use the Head-end and Software Development Kit (SDK) software for the term of the agreement and create derivative works and new features that interface with the Motive software solely for its own use in Turkey. Digiturk is prohibited under the agreement from sublicensing the Motive software to any third parties. The licensing agreement calls for fixed payments to Motive upon signing the agreement and upon initial access by Digiturk of the source code. In addition, Motive Services and Digiturk have signed an annual renewable Service Level Agreement (SLA) covering support and maintenance services provided by Motive Services to Digiturk. Digiturk will pay Motive Services a fixed annual fee plus additional optional costs for services not covered by the agreement. The performance of the Company continues to be in line with market expectation. The new agreements are the first direct agreements between Motive and Digiturk and do not affect the five-year software licence agreement between Motive Services and Sagemcom Broadband SAS that was announced on 5 November 2012. [DRG] During the 12 months under review net assets have decreased from 0.67 pence per share to 0.65 pence per share. Whilst this outcome represents a negligible change in Net Asset Value, the composition of the portfolio has altered materially. We have sold a substantial proportion of our quoted positions during the period, and have also sold our entire position in Immedia Group Plc since the period end. This leaves the portfolio with only two quoted shareholdings, ASX listed Royal Resources Limited and AIM listed Strategic Minerals PLC. Turning to our remaining private shareholding, Atlantic Healthcare plc ("Atlantic Healthcare"), we are happy to report that the company continues to progress very well. In March 2013 we announced that the company had completed a fundraising which increased the holding value of our investment in the company. Subsequent to that fundraising Atlantic Healthcare also announced that it had been awarded £1.9 million by the Technology Strategy Board (on behalf of the UK Government). Awards are granted to applicants demonstrating significant commercial and scientific potential, which reinforces our confidence in the progress made by Atlantic Healthcare to date. The award will contribute to the development cost of the company's core product, alicaforsen, in its forthcoming US/EU Phase 3 clinical study in pouchitis. In addition alicaforsen has been granted orphan designation in Europe and the United States for treatment of this disease, reflecting the fact that alicaforsen addresses an area of high unmet medical need. We shall continue to update shareholders on progress. Finally, we note the reduced proportion of listed shareholdings and hence liquidity within the portfolio. This reflects disappointing results from a number of AIM investments alongside the cost of maintaining Draganfly's AIM quoted status. The Board believes that the company is able to meet its financial obligations for the next 12 months, and subject to the performance of the unquoted holdings, an even longer period. However there is uncertainty and this has been raised in the notes to the accounts and the Audit Report. ("Huaken") for 500,000 tonnes per annum of polyhalite for 10 years. The terms will be at market price to be agreed at the final contract stage. Based in Suqian in the Jiansu province, Luling is one of the top fertilizer companies in Eastern China and specialises in organic fertilizers and environmental biotechnology. Luling's products are sold across China and include SOP based compound fertilizers, phosphate fertilizers, organic and chemical mixed fertilizers. Huaken is a subsidiary company of China State Agribusiness Group, one of the top four agribusiness enterprises in China. With a distribution network across China, Huaken produces specialised fertilizer products requiring specific licenses in the Chinese market.
